All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services begin only after payment is received.

Due to the nature of advisory services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Pre-engagement cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion, less administrative costs.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
All advisory frameworks, system designs, and strategic outputs are considered intellectual services and are non-returnable.
Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payment or verified billing error.
We may collect limited personal and business information, including name, email, and operational details.
Information is used solely for communication, service delivery, and internal records.
We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal data.
